2025 CALIFORNIA TAX ESTIMATE INSTRUCTIONS

Payment can be made online via the CA Franchise Tax Board: Click Here to Make a Payment

1. Scroll down to the “Make a payment” section and select your preferred payment method: “Bank account” or “Credit card”

   • note: If you elect to pay with a credit card, you will be redirected to ACI Payments after step 2 and can skip to step 4

2. Select “Personal” for personal tax payments

3. Bank Account Payments (“We Pay”):

   1. Login with your SSN and last name

   2. Enter your address

   3. Select payment type “Estimated Tax Payment (Form 540 - ES)”

   4. Select Tax Year “2025”

4. Credit Card Payments (“ACI Payments”):

   1. Select payment type “Individual Estimated Tax”

   2. Enter payment amount and select the credit card type

   3. Accept the terms and conditions

   4. Login OR Continue as a Guest

   5. Enter your personal information, Tax Year 2025, and your credit card information
