Password & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Learn how to log into the client portal on a desktop computer and mobile device.
Enter your email and the password you created the first time you logged in, then verify your identity with a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code sent to your email. On personal devices, you can choose to remember the device for 30 days to avoid entering the MFA code each time. The Clients Team can temporarily disable the MFA requirement if needed.
If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it, or reach out to the Clients Team, who can reset it for you.
You can also log in through the TaxDome Client Portal app (available in the App Store and Google Play). After signing in and entering your MFA code, you’ll set up a 4-digit passcode and can enable biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint) for quick, secure access.
