Signing the Engagement Letter

Your Engagement Letter should be pinned to the homepage of your client portal. When you have located the engagement letter on your homepage, click the blue button: Sign proposal.

If you have multiple entities, you may be prompted to switch to your main account where the engagement letter has been sent. If prompted, you can click Switch to be taken to your other account.

The first page of your proposal is the Scope of Work document, which lists the entities covered under your engagement, as well as the state filings and/or projections. Following this, the billing cycle and fee structure are listed.

Your Engagement Letter outlines the terms of our partnership. To begin signing, click the blue button Next in the top right corner. The page will jump to the signature field, where you can click the orange button that says My signature.

After applying your signature, you will need to accept the terms of service for our client portal platform TaxDome. You will then be able to click Complete. You will know you have completed your signature when the header turns from blue to green and a button appears at the top right, To client portal. This returns you to the homepage.
